Damaged or defective returns? 

Here at MFINITY FASHION, we want our patrons to experience luxurious wearable prints from our gallery to your closet. We proudly guarantee our 100%, ethically sourced, high-quality prints. In the event your product is damaged or defective, our shop owners will need to contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage to the item you have purchased.

MFINITY will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. MFINITY will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.

MFINITY will not honor defect requests which are attributed to our customers mistaken choice in artwork to be printed or re-printed. We will accept EXCHANGES ONLY for requests made for a different design to be printed on the exact same garment or accessory originally ordered. 

 We strongly encourage all customers to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements for your customers. 

Please forward all requests for exchange or damage reports to info@mfinityfashion.com. The customer is responsible for shipping/postage costs back to MFINITY FASHION. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.

All Jewelry is FINAL SALE. 

Requests must include the following: 

1. Name on Order
2. Receipt or Packing Slip or Order Confirmation with item listed
3. A photo of the damaged goods (if damage or defect)
4. Send an email with the details listed previously with the word “EXCHANGE“ or “DAMAGED” in the subject line to: info@mfinityfashion.com
5. If approved, securely pack the merchandise, making sure to include the packing slip or order confirmation. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.
6. Mail your return package at the location provided by MFINITY FASHION from any postal carrier of your choice.
